We will gladly return or exchange unopened items within 15 days with the original receipt. We offer full refunds and exchanges on unopened ZTRONG bottles, and in-store exchange or store credit. We do not currently offer online returns on open products. All refunds will be processed using the same method of payment as the original purchase. All sale items are final sale.
We use USPS with tracking for shipping. We cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or delayed packages once it leaves our office.

Express shipping
We offer express shipping within the US at a cost of $25.
Shipping outside of the US
