We will gladly return or exchange unopened items within 15 days with the original receipt. We offer full refunds and exchanges on unused tea accessories, and in-store exchange or store credit. We do not currently offer online returns on loose leaf tea and products. All refunds will be processed using the same method of payment as the original purchase. All sale items are final sale.
