RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We will gladly return or exchange unopened items within 15 days with the original receipt. We offer full refunds and exchanges on unused accessories, and in-store exchange or store credit. We do not currently offer online returns on loose leaf tea and products. All refunds will be processed using the same method of payment as the original purchase. All sale items are final sale.
We use USPS with tracking for shipping. We cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or delayed packages once it leaves our office.

We offer free standard shipping within the US when you spend $120 or more.
Express shipping
We offer express shipping within the US at a cost of $25.
Shipping outside of the US
We do not currently ship internationally.
